Dispatch Officer Job Responsibilities Responsible for Invoicing for domestic & export dispatches, other documentation like S.O., eway bill, delivery challan. Dispatch Planning in coordination of marketing, Warehouse and QC. Proper arrangement and Coordination with QC, Warehouse, Dispatch Dept. & Transporter to meet delivery timeline. Timely updating of reports such as TAT, Excess outward, OTIF, stock report, Transporter performance Analysis and Shipment costing etc. Maintain detail record for all inward and outward material with date, quantity, quality and supplier description. Create MIS for daily movement of material for record of stock, consumption and balance stock in industry. All work is as per SOP & guidelines of company. Movement and communication with Marketing team (Sales) for on time delivery and payments updates.
