Product Focus: Working Capital Loans Role Overview The Credit Manager will be responsible for underwriting and credit processing of Working Capital Loan proposals, with a focus on larger-ticket corporate exposures. The role will act as a custodian of the overall credit underwriting process while ensuring quality growth and adherence to credit policies. Key Responsibilities Underwrite and process Working Capital Loan proposals in line with defined credit policies and regulatory guidelines. Handle larger-ticket proposals with a minimum ticket size of approximately 10 Cr. Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, cash flows, business performance, and repayment capacity. Verify KYC, financials, and other relevant documents for completeness and accuracy. Review legal, valuation, and due diligence reports as part of the credit assessment process. Assess business, financial, industry, and credit risks associated with proposals. Ensure quality growth of the credit portfolio while maintaining appropriate risk standards. Coordinate with Business, Credit, and other internal stakeholders for smooth processing of proposals.



Ensure timely completion of credit processes while maintaining underwriting quality. Undertake travel to assigned locations as required for business and credit-related activities. Eligibility Criteria 5–6 years of relevant experience in Working Capital Loan underwriting / Credit Analysis. Experience in handling large-ticket corporate credit proposals, preferably 10 Cr and above. MBA / CA qualification is mandatory. Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit assessment, working capital products, and risk evaluation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
