Industry: Financial Services / Capital Markets Job Summary We are looking for an experienced PCG Advisor to manage and grow relationships with HNI and UHNI clients. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, trade execution, order punching, and providing market-related assistance across various financial products. Key Responsibilities Acquire and develop relationships with HNI and UHNI clients. Manage existing client relationships and ensure high-quality client servicing. Execute and manage client orders across relevant trading platforms. Handle order punching and provide timely trade execution support. Understand client investment and trading requirements and provide appropriate product support. Generate revenue through client acquisition, trading activity, and relationship management. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding market developments and trading opportunities. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.



Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. Key Skills and Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PCG, Wealth Management, Broking, Capital Markets, or a related financial-services role. Hands-on experience in trading and order punching. Proven experience handling HNI/UHNI clients. Strong track record in client acquisition and client servicing. Positive understanding of Derivatives, Options, Cash Market, and Trading. Strong communication and relationship-management skills. Ability to generate and manage a strong client portfolio. Strong knowledge of capital-market products and trading processes. Compensation CTC: 6–25 LPA, depending on relevant experience, skills, and existing client relationships.
