Department Overview McDonald's, one of the most recognized brands in the world, is seeking a Network Security, Technical Product Manager to support our Network Security team as we protect McDonald's. This opportunity is part of the Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations team (GTIO), where our mission is to deliver modern and relevant technology that supports the way McDonald's works. We provide best-in-class foundational technology products and services including Global Networking, Cloud, End User Computing, and IT Service Management. It's our goal to always provide an engaging, relevant, and simple experience for our customers. You will collaborate closely with Global Technology leadership, market leaders, project managers, Global Technology solutions teams, application owners, key vendors, and others to ensure McDonald's has world class Network Security products and services. Duties Own and manage global network security platforms, including VPN and ZTNA. Define platform strategy, roadmap, standards, and best practices. Evaluate business requirements and drive modernization and transformation initiatives. Manage vendor relationships, service delivery, and performance against contractual obligations. Assess, select, and implement current security technologies to optimize the network security landscape.



Ensure platform reliability, scalability, performance, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness. Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex network security issues. Drive automation initiatives for provisioning, monitoring, and self-healing network capabilities. Integrate security logs, alerts, and telemetry into security monitoring and data platforms to enhance visibility and threat detection. Collaborate with global technology teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, standardized, and innovative network security solutions. Qualifications + In-depth knowledge and experience (7+ Years) in designing, building, supporting, and managing network security products and platforms, including, but not limited, to Firewall, ZTNA or VPN products/platforms. or VPN products/platforms. Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma, Palo Alto Global Protect preferred. + Demonstrable experience (7+ Years) designing, building, supporting, and managing core enterprise networks: including, but not limited to Routing, Switching, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN and MPLS. + (3+ years) Experience in leading and delivering services using 3rd party vendors and service providers. + Experience in technical evaluation and selection of emerging technologies translating them into roadmaps and developing business cases + Subject Matter Expert in Network and/or Cloud Security.
