Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days About the Role We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in designing complex, scalable B2B enterprise-level products, including multi-tenant SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate has led design for international clients, understands enterprise UX patterns (dashboards, workflows, admin panels, permission-based/multi-tenant architectures, data-heavy interfaces), and is fluent in Figma, along with AI-assisted design/prototyping tools such as Lovable, Emergent, or Claude. This is a hybrid role based in Pune for someone who can join immediately or within 15 days. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end UI/UX design for enterprise SaaS/B2B products — research, wireframing, high-fidelity design, and handoff Design intuitive interfaces for complex, user-centric workflows across enterprise dashboards, data-heavy modules, and multi-tenant product environments Translate business requirements into clean, functional, consistent design solutions Build and maintain design systems/component libraries usable across multiple products/tenants Rapidly prototype using AI-assisted tools (Lovable, Emergent, Claude, or similar) to validate ideas quickly Work concurrently across multiple projects/products, managing competing priorities and timelines Collaborate with PMs, engineers,



and international stakeholders/clients Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback and data Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and global clients Mentor junior designers and raise the team's design quality bar Stay current with enterprise UX best practices and emerging AI-driven design/prototyping tools Required Skills & Experience 7–10 years of UI/UX design experience Proven experience on B2B / enterprise-level projects only, including multi-tenant SaaS products Demonstrated experience handling international clients/projects Strong hands-on expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, design systems) Working knowledge of AI-assisted prototyping tools — Lovable, Emergent, Claude, or equivalent Solid grasp of enterprise UX — information architecture, data visualization, permission-based and multi-tenant workflows Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects without quality drop-off Strong portfolio of enterprise/B2B work (mandatory) Excellent communication skills for global stakeholder interaction Experience in agile, cross-functional teams Good to Have Experience with design systems at scale across multiple products/tenants Prior experience designing document management systems (DMS) or similar content-heavy enterprise tools Basic HTML/CSS familiarity Exposure to user research and usability testing Prior agency or enterprise-product company experience What We Offer Competitive compensation: 18–20 LPA Hybrid work model, Pune Large-scale international B2B enterprise product exposure, including multi-tenant SaaS architecture Team-oriented, growth-oriented culture Note: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
