Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 5–6 years of strong experience in US Staffing and Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of the US IT recruitment lifecycle, sourcing techniques, visa categories, tax terms, and experience working with direct clients and/or implementation partners.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling requirements, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
- Source qualified IT professionals through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, JobDiva, CareerBuilder, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Work on technical requirements across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, AI/ML, ERP, Cybersecurity, and related areas.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, visa status, availability, and client requirements.
- Strong understanding of US work authorization categories including H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, GC EAD, USC, OPT, and CPT.
- Positive understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment/tax terms.
- Negotiate rates and compensation with candidates and vendors.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews,



feedback, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and daily submission/activity reports.
- Meet individual and team submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Develop strong professional relationships with consultants, vendors, and internal account management teams.

Required Skills

- 0–5 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Strong experience using US job portals and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of US visa/work authorization categories.
- Strong knowledge of W2/C2C hiring models and rate negotiations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work onsite from the NX One, Noida office during US shift hours.
