Job Description
We are hiring Application Support Engineers to join a Top US MNC building and operating large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and mission-critical business systems.

What You'll Don

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across production, staging, and testing environments.n
- Investigate incidents, service disruptions, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported issues.n
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams to implement long-term fixes.n
- Support application deployments, releases, upgrades, and maintenance activities.n
- Work closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, cloud engineers, product managers, and customer success teams.n
- Manage incident, problem,



and change management processes.n
- Analyze application logs, system metrics, and monitoring dashboards to proactively identify issues.n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of critical production incidents.n
- Document troubleshooting procedures, known issues, and operational runbooks.n
- Support production environments while maintaining high availability and service reliability.n
- Participate in on-call support rotations and incident response activities where required.n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and customer experience.n

Required Skillsn

- 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Support, or Software Support Engineering.n
