Role Overview
We are looking for a digitally minded manufacturing professional who can bridge plant operations and digital technology to identify business problems, develop digital solutions and drive their implementation at scale.

The role will work closely with plant, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and technology teams to identify opportunities where digital, data and emerging technologies can improve productivity, OEE, quality, cost, downtime and overall operational performance.

This is not a pure MIS/dashboarding role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to manufacturing/plant operations and a proven ability to lead digital solutions end-to-end — from identifying the prospect through implementation, adoption and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities across manufacturing and plant operations where digital technologies can solve business problems and improve operational performance.
- Lead digital transformation projects end-to-end — from problem identification,



business case and solution design to implementation, adoption and scale-up.
- Partner with plant teams to understand shop-floor challenges, process losses, downtime, quality issues and productivity opportunities and translate them into digital use cases.
- Leverage technologies such as IoT/IIoT, MES, automation, AI/ML, analytics, Power BI, SAP and IT/OT integration to develop practical manufacturing solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, IT and external technology partners to deliver digital initiatives.
- Establish appropriate data and performance metrics to identify problems, monitor solutions and support data-driven decision making.
- Drive shop-floor adoption and change management, ensuring digital solutions are embedded into daily ways of working.
