About the Role:
As the Career Consultant at Marol, Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in helping prospective students make informed decisions about their education and career journey at IIDE. You will understand each student's aspirations, recommend programs aligned with their goals,
and guide them through the admissions process using a consultative and student-first approach.
This role combines career counseling, relationship management, and consultative sales, with a solid focus on delivering an exceptional counseling experience while contributing to IIDE's enrollment goals. You will manage prospective students from their first interaction through enrollment and collaborate closely with admissions, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
What You'll Do:
● Student Counseling & Career Guidance:
○ Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' interests, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
○ Recommend suitable IIDE programs by connecting program outcomes with each student's academic and professional goals.
○ Provide clear, accurate, and transparent information about programs, learning outcomes, career opportunities, and the admissions process.
