Onelab Ventures is looking for an AI Product Manager who can drive the development of AI-powered products from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong product management fundamentals combined with a practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and AI workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced startup environment, solving ambiguous problems, and collaborating closely with founders, engineers, designers, and users.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-powered products.
- Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation development launch iteration.
- Translate business and user problems into scalable AI-driven product solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve product adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.

AI-First Product Development

- Design and develop products leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI Agents.
- Work on prompt design, AI workflows, automation, and AI-driven user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on AI product and system architecture.
- Evaluate AI capabilities and identify opportunities to integrate emerging AI technologies.

Execution & Delivery

- Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and timely product delivery.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Data & Experimentation

- Define and track product success metrics such as engagement, accuracy, retention, and adoption.
- Conduct A/B testing and product experiments.
- Optimize prompts, workflows, and AI experiences based on performance data.
- Use user feedback and data insights to continuously improve the product.

Stakeholder Management





- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Align product roadmap and priorities with overall business objectives.
- Gather user feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Product Management

- 26 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in building and launching 01 or 1N products.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage product priorities and drive execution independently.

AI / Generative AI – Must Have

- Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI.
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and AI Automation.
- Understanding of AI workflows and how AI capabilities can be incorporated into products.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams on AI-based solutions.

Technical Acumen

- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Basic understanding of APIs, backend systems, integrations, and data flows.
- Familiarity with AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex will be an added advantage.

Product Tools

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, and Figma.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AI SaaS products.
- Understanding of user behaviour and engagement in AI-driven products.
- Engineering or technical background is preferred.
- Experience working on AI/GenAI products from concept to launch will be an added advantage.
