Experience: 6 Months 2 Years in Real Estate Sales
Qualification: Graduate
Fixed Salary: 25,000 - 45,000 + Performance Incentives

What You'll Be Doing

- Work with genuine property buyers and understand their home-buying requirements.
- Handle and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Recommend the right residential projects based on customer needs and budget.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Present projects, pricing, payment plans and offers to customers.
- Build strong relationships and guide customers through their property-buying journey.
- Handle customer queries and negotiations with confidence.
- Convert leads into site visits, bookings and successful sales.




- Work towards monthly sales targets and maximize your incentive earnings.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for candidates who already understand the Real Estate Sales environment and are ready to grow with a performance-driven team.

- 6 months to 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience
- Graduate / Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in property sales, lead follow-ups and site visits
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Confident, ambitious and target-oriented
- Comfortable meeting customers and working in field sales
- Good command of English, Hindi and Marathi preferred
