Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robotic welding programs using software like Autocad, Catia, and Solid Works.
- Collaborate with production teams to enhance manufacturing processes and productivity through robotics.
- Troubleshoot spot welding equipment issues and perform necessary maintenance.
- Develop training materials for current employees on robotic welding techniques.
- Implement robotic welding solutions to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics into existing production lines.

Job Requirements :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as ABB or similar systems is essential.
- Experience with spot welding equipment operation and maintenance is required.
- Possess a strong understanding of robotics principles and their industrial applications.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and communicate effectively is necessary.
- Familiarity with BMW robots and robotic programming concepts is preferred.
