Role & responsibilities

- Handle AMC contracts for LPG installations, equipment, and systems at customer sites.
- Conduct regular customer/site visits for inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate servicing, breakdown maintenance, and timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Check LPG equipment and identify maintenance requirements or potential issues.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and operations teams for service activities.
- Maintain AMC schedules, service reports, inspection records, and customer documentation.
- Prepare service quotations and AMC renewal proposals.
- Follow up with customers for AMC renewals and outstanding payments.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing AMC customers.
- Identify opportunities for new AMC contracts and additional service business.
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance as per company/client requirements.
- Submit regular service and AMC reports to management.
