About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineerwho enjoys buildingscalable, high-performance applications and solving real-world problems with modern technologies. A key priority of this role is our Learning Management System (LMS) platform, covering course delivery, assessments, certifications, learner progress, and analytics for
thousands of learners, instructors, and institutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms, followed by solid expertise in Java/Spring Boot and SQL/database development. You will work across the full technology stack to build reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
Key Priorities
LMS / Learning Platforms- Highest Priority: Build, maintain, and enhance LMS modules, learning workflows, assessments, certifications, learner progress, analytics, and integrations.

Java / Spring Boot -High Priority: Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application architecture.
SQL / Database - High Priority: Design and optimize database queries, data models, reporting systems, and large-scale data workflows.
Frontend- Develop responsive applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, including modern
frontend architecture.
What You'll Do
LMS & Learning Platform
Build and extend core LMS modules including course authoring, content delivery, assessments, certifications, and learner progress tracking.
Integrate SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can), and LTI with third-party content providers and learning tools.
Implement video streaming, live classes, and secure content delivery for high concurrent learner loads.




Design role-based access and multi-tenant workflows for learners, instructors, and administrators.
Java / Backend Engineering
Develop high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Design clean, maintainable REST APIs and microservices.
Apply SOLID principles, clean-code practices, documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
SQL, Data & Reporting
Design and optimize SQL databases and data models using MSSQL, MySQL, or similar technologies.
Optimize database queries and reporting pipelines for performance and scalability.
Build dynamic multi-tenant reporting systems capable of efficiently handling large datasets.
Use Redis caching where appropriate to improve application performance.
Frontend Engineering
Develop responsive, reusable, and maintainable UI components using React.js and Next.js.
Implement contemporary frontend architecture, including Microfrontend architecture with Webpack Module Federation.
Event-Driven & Real-Time Systems
Implement real-time communication features using WebSockets.
Develop event-driven microservices using Apache Kafka.
Cloud, DevOps & Integrations
Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure.
Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems, including social platforms and IVR solutions.




Support secure, reliable, and scalable production deployments.
Collaboration & Engineering Excellence
Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively within Agile teams.
What We're Looking For
1. LMS & Learning Platforms - Priority Requirement
Hands-on experience building or maintaining LMS / e-learning platforms.
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LTI standards.
Experience with course, assessment, certification, and learner-progress data modelling.
Exposure to platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or Open edX is a plus.
2. Java / Spring Boot
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with REST API development and microservices architecture.
3. SQL & Database
Strong SQL skills with MSSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
Experience in query optimization, database performance, and reporting/data pipelines.
Understanding of Redis caching.
4. Frontend
React.js and Next.js.
JavaScript / TypeScript.
Experience with responsive UI development and reusable components.
5. Architecture & Distributed Systems
Microservices architecture.
Event-driven architecture.
WebSockets and Apache Kafka.

Docker / Kubernetes

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
