- Positive communications and interpersonal skills and fluency in written and spoken Hindi and English
- At least/Minimum 10 years of experience on end-to-end GIS integration of e-Governance/ large IT projects (2 projects)
- Shall have hands of experience for the initiation, Planning, executing, transitioning, implementation, while managing scope, time, risk etc. before during and implementation of any ICT/e-Governance/SDLC service delivery project
- Experience of handling projects in Govt. department/ PSU.
- Should experience having Agriculture and Food domain with GIS implementation knowledge
