Experience:
- Minimum overall experience: 15+ years (only post-qualification experience will be considered).
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation or flagship projects in the maritime/ logistics sector.
Indicative Scope of Work:
- Provide overall leadership and coordination for the PMU’s operations and project delivery.
- Oversee evaluation of techno-commercial studies and ensure projects meet financial and strategic targets.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and government departments to secure necessary approvals and support.
- Prepare and present periodic progress reports for senior management.
