English Trainer

Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions in Spoken English, Business English, and Communication Skills.
- Train students in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and conversational English.
- Conduct sessions on public speaking, presentation skills, interview preparation, and workplace communication.
- Help learners improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills.
- Conduct practical activities, role plays, group discussions, mock interviews, and confidence-building exercises.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, presentations, and regular evaluations.
- Provide individual feedback and mentoring to help students achieve their learning goals.
- Support students in improving employability, qualified communication, and career readiness.
- Develop and update training content, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Maintain attendance records, student progress reports, and batch performance metrics.
- Create a positive, interactive, and motivating learning environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Literature, Linguistics, Education, Communication, or related fields.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of English grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication skills training.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring students.
- Experience in Spoken English, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Soft Skills, or Personality Development training will be preferred.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to train learners from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students build confidence in English communication.
