About the Role • We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead Recruitment with strong experience in recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in bulk hiring, BFSI/NBFC recruitment, client handling, and team management, with a proven track record of achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters handling bulk hiring projects.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI & NBFC clients.

• Handle and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Understand client requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and recruitment targets.

• Manage and effectively utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

• Ensure quality hiring while maintaining recruitment process compliance.

• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.

• Identify challenges in the recruitment process and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





• 5–8 years of experience in recruitment; consultancy background is mandatory.

• Strong experience in Bulk/Mass Hiring.

• Hands-on experience in BFSI & NBFC recruitment.

• Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. • Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced recruitment environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deliver within timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from recruitment consultancy backgrounds will be preferred.

• Experience managing a team of recruiters and handling multiple client requirements.

• Strong understanding of domestic recruitment processes, particularly BFSI/NBFC hiring.

Note: Candidates must have proven experience in Permanent/Direct Hiring. Candidates with experience only in Staffing, Contractual, or Temporary Hiring will not be considered.
