- Responsible for preparing and maintaining the sterile field, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring availability of required instruments and consumables.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques, surgical safety protocols, instrument counts, and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the OT team and CSSD to ensure smooth and secure surgical procedures.
