Job Responsibilities

● Handle sales and distribution activities in the assigned territory.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and premium grocery stores.

● Appoint and develop current outlets and expand market coverage.

● Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly targets.

● Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at outlets.

● Regularly visit premium grocery stores and key retail outlets.

● Take orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely market servicing.

● Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.

● Maintain daily sales reports, outlet data, and market visit reports.

● Work closely with distributors and the sales team to achieve business objectives.
