- Experience: 0–2 years in restaurant/café/hospitality
- Freshers with a valuable attitude can apply
- Minimum 12th pass preferred
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Basic knowledge of food & beverages
- Ability to explain menu items to guests
- Accurate order taking and POS handling
- Good table-service and food-running skills
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely
- Follow grooming, uniform and restaurant SOPs
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends & holidays
- Energetic, punctual, disciplined and team-oriented
