Impeccable Hauling is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our night shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch drivers for daily hauling operations in the US market
- Monitor driver routes, delivery times, and job completion
- Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone/email
- Handle scheduling, load assignments, and updates in real time
- Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns,
or route changes
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a dispatcher (logistics/transport preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with dispatch systems
- Robust problem-solving and time-management skills
