Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international holiday packages
- Provide details on travel itineraries, pricing, and customizations
- Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable travel solutions
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
- Meet monthly sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for travel and helping others plan amazing holidays
- Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone and in person
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
