Job Responsibilities:

* Visit customers at their residential or business address as per the allocated collection portfolio.

* Collect EMI/overdue payments from customers within the assigned area.

* Explain pending dues, payment schedules, and available payment options to customers.

* Follow up with customers for PTP (Promise to Pay) and ensure commitments are fulfilled.

* Update all customer visits, collection details, and PTP information in the company application/system on a daily basis.

* Maintain proper records of collections and submit daily field visit reports.

* Handle customer interactions professionally and follow the company’s code of conduct and collection guidelines.

* Coordinate with the Collection Manager and report difficult or non-responsive cases.

* Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and field-visit targets.

* Ensure that all payments are collected only through approved company payment channels and follow company procedures.

*Two Wheeler License is Mandatory.
