# Job Description – HR Executive / HR Manager

**Job Title:** HR Executive / HR Manager

**Location:** Pune, Maharashtra

**Department:** Human Resources

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Experience:** 5 Years

**Qualification:** MBA in Human Resources Management or equivalent

## About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **HR professional with an MBA in Human Resources** to manage and support the organization's human resource functions. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

* Prepare and publish job descriptions on appropriate job portals and platforms.

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/management interviews.

* Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners when required.

* Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.

* Ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process.

### 2. Employee Management

* Maintain accurate and updated employee records.

* Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns.

* Manage employee attendance, leave, and work-from-home records.

* Coordinate employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

* Maintain proper documentation of employee-related matters.

### 3. Performance Management

* Coordinate the employee performance appraisal process.

* Track employee performance and support managers in performance-related matters.

* Assist in preparing appraisal and promotion documentation.

* Identify training and development requirements.

### 4.



HR Policies & Compliance

* Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

* Ensure employees follow company rules, policies, and workplace standards.

* Maintain HR documentation and records.

* Coordinate with management and consultants regarding applicable labour and employment compliance requirements.

### 5. Employee Engagement

* Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.

* Support a positive and professional workplace environment.

* Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities.

* Assist in resolving employee grievances and maintaining healthy employee relations.

### 6. Payroll & HR Operations

* Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly payroll processing.

* Verify attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and other payroll inputs.

* Assist in maintaining salary and employee-related records.

* Coordinate statutory HR/payroll requirements with the concerned team or consultant.

### 7. Training & Development

* Identify employee training requirements.

* Coordinate internal and external training programs.

* Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

* Support employee career development initiatives.

### 8. Exit & Full and Final Settlement

* Manage the employee resignation and exit process.

* Conduct exit interviews where required.

* Coordinate clearance and handover procedures.





* Coordinate with accounts for full and final settlement.

## Required Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management.

* Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.

* Positive negotiation and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to handle confidential employee information.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and HR software.

* Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and employees.

## Educational Qualification

**Mandatory:**

* MBA in Human Resources Management

**Preferred:**

* Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

* Additional HR certifications will be an advantage.

## Preferred Experience

* 5 years of relevant experience in HR.

* Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and payroll coordination.

* Candidates with experience in managing HR independently will be preferred.

* Recruitment turnaround time.

* Quality of hiring and employee retention.

* Employee attendance and HR documentation accuracy.

* Timely completion of onboarding and exit processes.

* Employee engagement and grievance resolution.

* Compliance with company HR policies.

* Timely completion of performance appraisal processes.

## Salary

**Salary:** As per candidate's experience, skills, and industry standards.
