- CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting and corporate finance.
Experience
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Previous experience in a senior managerial/leadership position such as Finance Head, Financial Controller or CFO.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate/Property Development industry.
- Experience in handling project finance, real estate accounting, cash-flow management, budgeting, taxation and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of Accounts & Finance.
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Cash-flow and fund management.
- Preparation and review of financial statements and MIS.
- GST,
income tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordination with auditors, banks and government authorities.
- Financial risk management and internal controls.
- Advising the Managing Director/Board on financial and strategic matters.
- Leading and managing the Finance & Accounts team.
