Key Responsibilities

● Generate franchise leads through referrals, industry associations, exhibitions, LinkedIn, and corporate contacts, alongside enquiries from digital marketing.

● Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect's background, investment capacity, and preferred location.

● Present YogKulam's franchise business model clearly, covering investment, ROI, and the support system provided to partners.

● Conduct engaging franchise presentations, both online and in person.

● Convert qualified leads into signed franchise partnerships.

● Follow up consistently with all leads and re-engage prospects who have gone cold.

● Maintain accurate and updated records of every lead and conversation in the CRM.

● Advise prospective partners on investment planning, location selection, infrastructure, staffing, and marketing support — through honest, consultative conversations rather than a hard sell.

● Prepare franchise proposals, coordinate documentation, and manage the agreement signing process.

● Guide and train new franchise partners through structured onboarding,



ensuring they are fully equipped to launch and run their center successfully.

● Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, Training, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure every new franchise gets a smooth start.

● Share regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals, closures, and pipeline status.

What We're Looking For

● Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

● Excellent communication in Hindi, with positive working English.

● Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation software.

● Confident presenting to individuals and groups, both online and in person.

● A graduate degree is required; an MBA is a plus.

● 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, education sales, business development, or B2B sales.

● Experience in the education, wellness, healthcare, or training industry is preferred.

● A track record of closing high-value, high-ticket deals.
