* Responsible for operation and maintenance; all engineering equipment’s and chiller plant.
* Restaurant facilities like Electrical Equipment’s (Heating & Cooling), Air condition, Cold Storage, DG, Reverse Osmosis plant, Civil jobs including Painting and Carpentry work, Drain lines etc.
* Preparing various preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring their proper implementation & work on renewal of all AMC’s.
* Proactive measures for the maximum energy conservation without hampering the operations, customer comfort and system operating parameters.
* Prepare budgets and use budgets for energy consumption, Repairs & Maintenance
* Prepare weekly and Monthly Report and update with Maintenance Manager
