- Serve food, beverages, tea, coffee, and refreshments professionally and courteously.
- Maintain proper table setup, food presentation, and serving etiquette.
- Provide prompt and polite service to employees, guests, and visitors.
- Arrange and serve food and beverages during meetings and official events.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry, dining, and serving areas.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain good personal grooming and a neat, qualified appearance.
- Check pantry stock and inform the supervisor about required supplies.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and arranging food and pantry supplies.
- Handle pantry equipment and utensils carefully and responsibly.
- Maintain a polite, disciplined, punctual,



and service-oriented attitude.
- Follow instructions from the Supervisor / Reporting Manager.
- Support hospitality requirements during events and special functions.
- Perform other pantry and food-service duties as assigned.

Qualification

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates who have completed Hotel Management will be preferred.
- Previous experience in food service, hotels, restaurants, or hospitality is an advantage.
