- Main Responsibilities & TasksDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Handle customer enquiries and communicate with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote services through social media, WhatsApp, email, calls, and other marketing channels.
- Create and coordinate marketing content, including social media posts, promotional materials, and advertisements.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to convert leads into customers.
- Visit potential clients and attend meetings when required.
- Track marketing campaigns, leads, customer responses, and conversions.
- Prepare regular marketing activity and performance reports.
- Support promotional events, campaigns, exhibitions,



and other company activities.
- Maintain proper records of customers, leads, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and suggest new marketing opportunities.
