About the RoleWe receive regular corporate training requirements from our partners, and the speed at which we find the right trainer decides whether we win the program. We are hiring an HR Executive who can find, screen, and onboard experienced corporate trainers quickly, and build a solid trainer network ready for upcoming requirements.
Alongside trainer sourcing, you will handle core HR responsibilities for our internal team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTrainer Sourcing (primary focus)Source experienced corporate trainers through LinkedIn, Naukri, professional communities, and referrals
- Use Boolean search and direct outreach to reach trainers who are not actively looking
- Screen trainers on corporate training experience, availability, delivery mode (online or classroom), and commercials (per day or per hour)
- Share shortlisted trainer profiles with the internal team within 24–48 hours of receiving a requirement
- Schedule technical evaluation calls between trainers and the internal team
- Negotiate trainer commercials and confirm availability for program dates
- Build and maintain an organised trainer database, grouped by technology and skill area
- Maintain a ready bench of trainers for frequently requested technologies
- Coordinate trainer onboarding, documentation, and agreements
- Trainer CoordinationCoordinate program schedules between trainers and the internal team
- Stay in regular touch with trainers in the network so they remain available and engaged
- Collect post-program feedback on trainers and keep the database updated
- Internal HRHandle hiring for internal roles: posting jobs, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Manage onboarding, offer letters, and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Support basic HR policies and employee coordination
- Requirements2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical sourcing, or IT staffing
- Hands-on experience sourcing niche profiles on LinkedIn and Naukri, including Boolean search
- Comfortable reaching out to passive candidates and following up persistently
- Able to understand technology job requirements well enough to shortlist relevant profiles
- Experience negotiating rates or compensation with candidates or consultants
- Strong written and verbal English
- Organised, with the discipline to maintain an accurate database and meet quick turnaround times
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Good to HaveExperience sourcing freelance consultants or corporate trainers
- Background at an IT training company or IT staffing firm
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Naukri Resdex
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes
