- Job ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads, customers, dealers and distributors.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Update lead and customer data in ERP/Excel.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS.
- Maintain customer files and sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for enquiries and order follow-ups.
- Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Handle basic customer queries and share information with the Sales Team.
- Maintain proper physical and digital records.
- Perform data entry and other documentation work as required.
- Skills RequiredGood communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic MS Excel and ERP knowledge.
- Good data-entry and documentation skills.
- Ability to prepare basic reports.
- Positive customer-handling skills.
- Steel/TMT industry experience will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15000/ PM Take home
