Job Opening: Back Office Executive (BIS & ISI Documentation)

We are seeking a Back Office Executive to support our compliance and certification team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and organizing documentation related to BIS certification, ISI marking, and other Indian Standards.

? Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and compile documents for BIS and ISI certification processes

- Coordinate with testing labs, manufacturers, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate records and data related to applications and licenses
- Handle online BIS portal uploads, Udyam updates, and related government platforms
- Assist in preparing client reports, follow-up emails, and document checklists
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of documentation

- ? Requirements:

- Graduate (preferred in Commerce, Science,



or related fields)
- Basic understanding of Indian standardization systems (BIS, ISI) is an advantage
- Valuable computer skills (MS Office, PDFs, online form filling)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Good communication and coordination skills

? Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience)? Working Hours: Full-time, Day shift
