### **CASA Sales Officer – On-Role Job**

**? Location:** AP, HYDERABAD

**? Job Type:** Full-Time | On-Role | Field Sales

**? CTC:** ₹16,800 – ₹19,800 per month

**? Incentives:** Up to ₹60,000 per month *(Performance-Based)*

### ? Key Responsibilities

**New Customer Acquisition**

* Identify and onboard recent customers for Current & Savings Accounts (CASA).

* Conduct daily local field visits to generate leads and acquire customers.

* Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.

**Sales & Cross-Selling**

* Engage with existing customers and promote additional banking products.

* Cross-sell relevant financial products based on customer requirements.

* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

**Marketing Activities**

* Participate in local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

* Generate leads through field activities and customer interactions.





**Learning & Development**

* Attend regular training programs.

* Improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance awareness.
