a) Oversee day-to-day site execution and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.

b) Travel independently to assigned project sites as required, bearing own local commute/travel arrangements.

c) Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for each site visited.

d) Maintain and update Excel-based tracking sheets for material, manpower, and progress data. e) Raise and track Start of Work (SOW) items/permits before commencement of any site activity.

f) Conduct quality checks and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

g) Monitor project timelines and flag delays or deviations to the reporting manager.

h) Coordinate with design/architecture team for site-level clarifications and drawing updates.

i) Ensure safety protocols and site discipline are followed by all workers and subcontractors.

j) Support procurement and material reconciliation at site level in coordination with the store/purchase team.
