- Position/Job Title: Field Data Executive / Telecaller – Farmer Data
- Location/Project: Maharashtra Project
- Language Requirement: Marathi is mandatory. The candidate should be able to speak and understand Marathi fluently, explain the project clearly, and communicate effectively with farmers.
- Other Languages: Working knowledge of Hindi and/or English.
- Excel Skills: Basic working knowledge of Excel, including data entry, filtering, sorting, and basic formulas. Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage but are not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable and confident communicating with farmers over the telephone, with a polite, patient, and qualified approach.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to farmer and village locations as required.
- Educational Qualification: 12th standard or above.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in farmer collaboration, field coordination, telecalling, or other farmer-facing roles, coordinate & Onboard the farmers, FPOs, government agencies, partners, and other stakeholders.
