? Explain real estate projects, open plots, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.

? Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into site visits.

? Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective customers.

? Schedule and coordinate customer site visits with the sales team.

? Understand customer requirements, budget, and location preferences.

? Regularly follow up with interested and existing leads.

? Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

? Achieve monthly sales, call, lead-conversion, and site-visit targets.

? Handle customer queries and provide accurate project-related information.
