Job Role: Marketing Representative (Ayurmind Healthcare)

Key Required Skills

- Field Sales & Healthcare Promotion: Prior experience in B2C or B2B field marketing, preferably visiting clinics, residential societies, wellness clubs, or corporate offices.
- Effective Communication & Pitching: Robust verbal fluency in the local language (Hindi / Marathi) and basic working English to clearly explain Ayurvedic treatments, consultations, and therapies.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Ability to source fresh inquiries through direct outreach, local health camps, kiosk setups, and client referrals.
- Relationship & Account Management: Building long-term associations with local doctors, yoga studios, wellness centers, and corporate HR teams for tie-ups.
- Basic Digital & Reporting Tools: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/MS Excel, and mobile CRM apps to update daily visits and follow-ups.
- Objection Handling & Negotiation: Convincing prospects about holistic healthcare value, handling pricing queries, and closing consultation bookings.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile (Standard Apna Filters)





- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream; B.Pharma, D.Pharma, or Life Sciences is an added bonus).
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in healthcare, pharma, wellness, or retail sales (Freshers with strong communication can also apply).
- Assets: Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (essential for field visits).
- Personality: Punctual, proactive, goal-driven, and capable of working independently on the field.

Roles & Responsibilities (To Paste in Job Description)

1. Conduct daily field visits to generate footfalls and patient inquiries for Ayurmind Healthcare.
2. Coordinate and manage local promotional events, awareness desks, and wellness camps.
3. Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, camp invitations) across target residential and commercial areas.
4. Meet daily visit and monthly patient/lead conversion targets.
5. Report daily progress, visit logs, and customer feedback to the management.
