2. Mother Teachers – Classes I to V Responsibilities:

- Manage the class as a primary/mother teacher and ensure students' overall development.
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom activities.
- Monitor students' academic progress, behaviour, attendance, and participation.
- Coordinate with subject teachers and parents.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
