Job Description / Major Activities

1. Enhancement of OEM/RFC Sales, particularly 3W/4W by
2. Frequent interaction with Retrofitters / OEM Dealers / Dealers Staff / Water Tanker Customers
3. Conducting Field Activities along with RFC/OEM Dealer Staffs and Water Tanker
4. He will also spend longer time at RFC Customers/OEM ROs to improve the interaction & continous training OEM Dealer Staffs
5. Field activities for Retrofitment Activities in sync with local Retrofitters, particularly at Auto Stands, Taxi Stands, Water Tanker filling points, etc
6. Coordination with KAN GA Sales Team, HO Team, Retrofitters/Retrofitter Staffs, Customers, etc for passing the Free Fuel advantages to the customers.

Qualifications / Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree
2. Fluent communication skills (Tamil). Moderate in English.
3. Prior hardcore field experience, preferably in 3W/4W/MLCV industry / Dealer
4. Must have own Vehicles & willing to travel to field in his own vehicle as per the policy of the company.

Salary

1. Salary ranging from Rs 20,000.00 to Rs 30,000.00 pm
2. Fixed Conveyance of around Rs 4,000.00 pm
3. Incentive as applicable from time to time. Not a firm remuneration.
