Job OverviewSafelis Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and results-driven Team Leader (TL) for our Ayurveda & Wellness vertical. The ideal candidate will manage a team of tele-calling sales/consultation executives, monitor daily KPIs, drive sales targets for Ayurvedic wellness products, and ensure excellent customer interaction.

- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 10–15 tele-sales / consultation executives.
- Target Achievement: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for Ayurvedic product lines (women’s wellness, health care, etc.).
- Quality & Performance Tracking: Track metrics such as call length, conversion rate, follow-up status, and lead closure rates using CRM software.
- Call Auditing & Training: Conduct regular call audits, side-by-side coaching,



and product knowledge training to improve pitch conversion.
- Workflow Optimization: Manage lead allocation, escalation handling, and daily reporting to management.
- Team Motivation: Maintain high energy levels, foster a productive work environment, and resolve internal queries or conflicts.
- Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Executive handling a sales/consultation team.
- Industry Focus: Prior experience in Tele-sales, Wellness, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Pharma, or Ayurvedic product sales is strongly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Solid communication skills in Hindi and fluent working English.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, team motivation, and performance management skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and dialer tools.
