About Us :

Scarlet Interior Design is a growing interior design and turnkey solutions company specializing in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Business Development Executive to support our sales, client communication, branding, and business growth activities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Attend incoming leads and understand client requirements, preferences, and project details.
- Coordinate with senior team members for quotations, proposals, and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Maintain lead records and update client information regularly.
- Assist in generating current business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
- Provide ideas and inputs for social media posts, reels, and branding activities.
- Support the team in improving the company's digital presence and online visibility.




- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Contribute ideas for overall business growth and customer engagement.

Required Skills :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in sales, marketing, branding, and customer relationship management.
- Educational Qualification12th Pass or Above.
- Graduation or Post-Graduation preferred (any stream).
- Preferred CandidateFresher or up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Telecalling, Marketing, or related fields.
- Interest in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction industries will be an added advantage.
