Job Summary

We are looking for a DSA Coordinator to manage DSA/channel partner coordination, track loan cases, support sales teams, and ensure smooth processing from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with DSAs, channel partners, and sales teams for business activities.

- Manage and track leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.

- Follow up for pending documents and ensure timely case processing.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Underwriting teams.

- Maintain strong relationships with DSA and channel partners.





- Track DSA performance and support partner activation.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Resolve partner queries and provide timely case updates.

- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–4 years of experience in DSA coordination, banking, NBFC, loans, or financial services.

- Experience in LAP, Home Loans, Mortgage, Personal Loans, or Business Loans will be preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, CRM, and loan processing.

- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
