Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Relationship Manager with experience in customer support and sales. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, generating business opportunities, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions and maintain strong qualified relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and follow up with potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to ensure successful conversions.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the system.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports related to sales and customer interactions.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, business development, or relationship management.
- Candidates with a combination of customer support and sales experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and responsibilities efficiently.
- Candidates who can work in a target-oriented environment are preferred.
- Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
