Job SummaryThe Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, developing distributor networks, and managing sales teams within the assigned territory. The candidate should have solid FMCG sales experience, distributor management skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Increase product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
- Develop new markets and expand distribution reach.
- Identify business opportunities and execute growth strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Distributor ManagementAppoint and develop new distributors where required.
- Ensure distributor profitability and business sustainability.
- Team ManagementLead, motivate, and monitor Sales Officers, Sales Representatives, and Salesman Cum Drivers.
- Conduct regular market visits and joint working.
- Review performance and ensure target achievement.
- Maintain market intelligence and customer database.
- Track primary and secondary sales performance.

- 2–8 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Experience in Mouth Freshener, Confectionery, Snacks, Beverages, or similar FMCG products preferred.
- Strong distributor and channel sales management experience.
