Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real-estate team. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, property sales, and handling client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with potential customers
- Handle customer queries and understand their property requirements
- Promote and sell real-estate properties
- Work on property resale opportunities
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Convince customers and close sales effectively
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities
- Sales and customer acquisition skills
- Knowledge or experience in real-estate sales/property resale will be preferred
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply
