1. PM Surya Ghar Portal Operations

- ​Register consumer applications on the PM Surya Ghar national portal accurately and without delay.
- ​Upload required technical and legal documentation: Aadhaar card, latest electricity bills, site photos, module/inverter details, and installation completion certificates.
- ​Track application status continuously—from technical feasibility approval (TFR) to net-metering inspection, commissioning report issuance, and subsidy disbursement.
- ​Monitor portal queries, respond to raised objections, and correct rejected applications promptly.

​2. DISCOM & GEDA Liaisoning

- ​Coordinate documentation workflows between DISCOM offices (UGVCL, DGVCL, PGVCL, MGVCL, or relevant local utility) and GEDA.
- ​Prepare, organize, and submit physical/digital file dossiers for technical feasibility, plant inspections, and net-meter connection approvals.
- ​Follow up regularly with local utility field engineers and liaisoning agents to ensure prompt site inspections and meter installations.
- ​Archive signed Commissioning Reports (CR), Joint Inspection Reports (JIR), and vendor certificates.





​3. Loan Processing (Jan Samarth Portal)

- ​Handle end-to-end solar subsidy loan applications on the Jan Samarth Portal (Rooftop Solar scheme).
- ​Collect, verify, and digitize client KYC documents, banking statements, electricity bills, quotations, and proforma invoices.
- ​Match consumer profiles with appropriate lending institutions (nationalized banks, private banks, or NBFCs).
- ​Coordinate between the bank branch, sales team, and consumer to resolve bank queries, ensure in-principle sanction, and track loan disbursement.

​4. Internal MIS & Document Control

- ​Maintain a live MIS/Excel tracker covering every project stage: application date, approval stage, meter installation, loan status, and subsidy clearance.
- ​Keep clean digital and physical project files for every client.
- ​Act as the internal bridge between the field execution team, the sales department, and the end consumer regarding application milestones.
