Business Development Executive – Hospital Partnerships & Operations
MediFyr is looking for a motivated and relationship-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand and manage our hospital partner network across India.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying hospitals, connecting with hospital teams, onboarding new partners, maintaining relationships, resolving client issues, supporting process optimisation and coordinating reconciliation activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with hospitals and healthcare institutions across India.
- Reach out to Hospital Administrators, Business Heads, Operations Managers, Marketing Heads and other key decision-makers.
- Present MediFyr's platform and partnership opportunities to prospective hospitals.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings and support the hospital acquisition and onboarding process.
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing hospital partners.
- Understand hospital requirements and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client and operational issues.
- Follow up with hospitals regarding pending requirements, documentation, appointments and other operational activities.
- Identify process gaps and support process improvement and workflow optimisation.
- Coordinate with internal finance/operations teams for billing, payment and reconciliation-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of hospital partnerships, leads, follow-ups and issues.
- Support expansion of MediFyr's hospital network into new cities and healthcare markets.
- Travel for hospital meetings and partnership activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Healthcare Sales, Hospital Relations, HealthTech or a related field.
- Experience interacting with hospitals, healthcare organisations or institutional clients will be preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with clients and healthcare stakeholders.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/business tools.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Candidates with existing hospital/healthcare contacts will have an advantage.
