Manufacture and maintain sheet metal press tools, dies, and fixtures.

Read and understand engineering drawings and tool drawings.

Perform fitting, grinding, drilling, milling and other tool-room operations.

Carry out die repair, modification and maintenance as required.

Identify and rectify problems related to tool wear, burrs, dimensional variation and component quality.

Support production during tool setting and die trials.

Conduct tool trials and make necessary corrections to achieve required component dimensions.

Maintain proper tool condition and tool life.

Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to resolve tooling-related issues.

Carry out preventive maintenance of dies and press tools.

Maintain proper records of tool repairs, modifications and maintenance.

Ensure tools are completed within the required quality and production timelines.
