- Ensure construction works are executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, masons, labourers, vendors, and consultants.
- Plan and monitor daily and weekly work schedules to achieve project targets.
- Check the quality, dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship of construction activities.
- Monitor manpower deployment and labour productivity at the site.
- Prepare material requirements in advance and coordinate timely material delivery to the site.
- Check materials received at the site for quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Monitor material usage and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Take measurements of completed works and verify contractor/vendor work before payment processing.




- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, material records, and measurement details.
- Identify and report technical issues, delays, material shortages, and other site-related problems to management.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and management for technical clarifications and approvals.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline at the construction site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure defects or incomplete works are rectified.
- Assist in final inspection, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
